Where adventure begins and confidence grows!

At 91st Toronto Scout Group, we turn everyday kids into confident leaders through outdoor adventures, hands-on learning, and lifelong friendships. We welcome boys and girls ages 5-14 in the Coxwell and Gerrard area of Toronto's Upper Beaches, offering exciting weekly activities, camps, and opportunities to learn valuable life skills.

Our Sections:

  • Beaver Scouts (ages 5-7): Learning through play and discovery
  • Cub Scouts (ages 8-10): Challenge and adventure
  • Scouts (ages 11-14): Currently seeking leaders to reopen this section

From weekend camping trips to community service projects, our scouts develop practical life skills like leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork - all while having the time of their lives.

Volunteers Welcome!

Adults 18+ can join our leadership team or Group Committee, while youth volunteers 14-17 can assist with younger sections. Full training and screening provided through Scouts Canada.

ScoutsScout Troop (Ages 11-14)

Where adventure meets leadership on the trails!

Perfect for Grade 6-8 adventurers, Scout Troop is where your teen takes on real leadership challenges and serious outdoor adventures. Through high-energy activities, team leadership, and advanced skill development, your Scout will build confidence, independence, and life-ready leadership abilities while blazing their own unique trail.

What They'll Experience:
🌲 Advanced outdoor adventures including wilderness survival and navigation
🚣 High-energy activities like rock climbing, canoeing, and expedition camping

The Journey: Your Scout progresses through four exciting stages - from "Pioneer" (starting their trail) to "Voyageur" (expanding skills) to "Pathfinder" (leading others) to "Trailblazer" (mastering leadership), working toward the prestigious Chief Scout's Award before moving up to Venturer Scouts.

Program Highlights: Multi-day camping expeditions, advanced outdoor skills, patrol leadership responsibilities, and preparation for the independence and decision-making challenges of Venturer Company.

CubsCub Scouts (Ages 8-10)

Where adventure meets leadership in the Jungle!

Designed for Grade 3-5 adventurers, Cub Scouts is where your child steps into the exciting world of outdoor exploration, teamwork, and leadership development. Inspired by The Jungle Book, Cubs embark on real adventures while building independence, confidence, and lifelong friendships that prepare them for bigger challenges ahead.

What They'll Experience:
🌲 Outdoor adventures including hiking, camping, and paddling
πŸ›Ά Active discovery through geocaching, shelter building, and survival skills
🐺 Leadership roles in small groups called "Lairs"
🎨 Creative expression through crafts, skits, and storytelling
🌍 Community service and global citizenship projects

The Journey: Your child progresses through three exciting levels - from "Runner" (learning the Pack) to "Tracker" (mentoring others) to "Howler" (leading adventures), earning progression badges and working toward the prestigious Seeonee Award before moving up to Scouts.

Program Highlights: Weekend camping trips, outdoor skill development, badge achievements in 16+ different areas, and preparation for the independence and leadership challenges of Scout Troop.

BeaversBeaver Scouts (Ages 5-7)

Where little adventures begin big dreams!

Perfect for curious kindergarten to Grade 2 children, Beaver Scouts is where your child takes their first exciting step into the world of scouting. Through games, crafts, nature exploration, and gentle challenges, your little one will build confidence, make their first real friendships, and discover they can do amazing things.

What They'll Experience:
🌲 Outdoor adventures and nature discovery
🎨 Creative activities like storytelling and crafts
🀝 Teamwork skills in small groups called "Lodges"
